Below are the bylaws and membership procedures for EnFoundations Fellowship categories.

I. Fellowship Membership Categories

1. Innovator Fellow Membership

   • Eligibility: Professionals, researchers, or entrepreneurs with a proven track record of groundbreaking innovations or technological advancements, with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
   • Benefits:
     • Recognition for innovative contributions in your field.
     • Access to exclusive innovation workshops, conferences, and networking events.
     • Opportunities to showcase and collaborate on cutting-edge projects.
     • Invitation to lead innovation panels and participate in thought-leadership discussions.

2. Visionary Leader Fellow Membership

   • Eligibility: Senior professionals and executives who have demonstrated exceptional leadership in driving large-scale transformations, innovations, or societal impact, with at least 15 years of experience.
   • Benefits:
     • Recognition as a visionary leader with the opportunity to guide strategic directions at EnFoundations.
     • Exclusive access to leadership summits, global think tanks, and roundtable discussions.

II. Membership Application Process

1. Application Submission
   Applicants must submit an online application through the EnFoundations portal, which includes:

   • Detailed professional background and biography.
   • A statement explaining their contribution and vision for their field.
   • Supporting documents, such as patents, published research, or a portfolio of innovative projects.
   • Letters of recommendation (optional, but encouraged).

2. Supporting Documents

   • Innovator Fellow: Documentation of innovations, technological advancements, and their impact.
   • Visionary Leader Fellow: Evidence of large-scale transformations, leadership initiatives, or global impact projects.

3. Review and Evaluation Process

   • The Fellowship Review Board, composed of senior fellows and experts, will review applications based on qualifications, achievements, and alignment with EnFoundations’ values.
   • The review process is confidential to ensure impartiality, fairness, and the protection of sensitive information.

4. Notification of Results

   • Applicants will be notified of the result within 4-6 weeks after submission.
   • Accepted fellows must pay a membership fee to confirm their fellowship status.

5. Membership Fees and Certificate Issuance

   • Upon payment of the fee, members will receive an E-Certificate of Fellowship Membership, granting them access to exclusive EnFoundations resources and opportunities.

III. Fellowship Renewal and Benefits

1. Annual Renewal
   Fellowship memberships are valid for one year and must be renewed annually by submitting an updated professional profile and paying the renewal fee.

2. Membership Benefits

   • Innovator Fellows:

     • Participation in exclusive innovation showcases, events, and collaborative projects.
     • Leadership in innovation-focused panels and mentorship roles for early-stage innovators.
     • Discounted or waived fees for submitting projects to EnFoundations-backed innovation accelerators.

   • Visionary Leader Fellows:

     • Invitations to high-level leadership forums, where global strategies and future trends are discussed.
     • Opportunities to mentor rising leaders in innovation and leadership pathways.
     • Representation in global leadership summits and think tanks.

IV. Code of Conduct and Responsibilities of Fellows

1. Commitment to Ethical Leadership
   Fellows are expected to exemplify ethical and professional leadership, contribute to EnFoundations’ mission, and foster a culture of integrity and collaboration.

2. Active Participation
   Fellows are encouraged to actively engage in EnFoundations’ programs, including participation in conferences, mentorship opportunities, and collaborative projects.

3. Fostering Collaboration
   Fellows must promote an open exchange of ideas, support fellow members, and contribute to a culture of inclusivity and innovation.

4. Breaches of Conduct
   Violations of EnFoundations’ code of conduct, including unethical behavior or academic dishonesty, may lead to suspension or revocation of fellowship status.

V. Confidentiality and Integrity in the Review Process

1. Confidential Evaluation
   The Fellowship Review Board operates under strict confidentiality to maintain the integrity of the selection process. Identities of reviewers are not disclosed to applicants to avoid bias and maintain objectivity.

2. Feedback Mechanism
   Applicants will receive feedback on their applications, with detailed reasons for acceptance or rejection. However, the identities of reviewers remain confidential.

VI. Termination of Fellowship Membership

1. Voluntary Termination
   Fellows may voluntarily terminate their membership by submitting a written request to EnFoundations. Membership fees are non-refundable.

2. Revocation of Membership
   Fellowship membership may be revoked for:

   • Ethical violations.
   • Unprofessional conduct that harms the reputation of EnFoundations.
   • Lack of adherence to the responsibilities outlined in the membership agreement.

3. Appeal Process
   Fellows may appeal revocation decisions through a formal review with the EnFoundations Disciplinary Committee.

Bylaws

Article I: General Provisions

1. Name: The organization shall be known as EnFoundations.
2. Purpose: EnFoundations aims to support researchers, scientists, and technocrats by providing resources, networking opportunities, and professional development.
3. Membership Categories: Memberships are divided into four categories: Explorer, Innovator, Visionary, and Fellow.

Article II: Eligibility and Application

1. Eligibility Criteria:

   • Innovator Membership: Open to established researchers, scientists, and technocrats with a proven track record of innovation and research.
   • Visionary Leader Membership: Open to senior professionals and leaders with significant contributions to their field and a vision for transformative change.
   • Fellow Membership: Open to distinguished individuals recognized for their exceptional achievements and leadership in research, science, or technology.

2. Application Process:

   • Submission: Prospective members must submit a completed application form along with relevant supporting documents, such as CVs, publications, and letters of recommendation.
   • Review: Applications will be reviewed by the Membership Committee to ensure that candidates meet the eligibility criteria.
   • Approval: The Membership Committee will approve eligible candidates, and the decision will be communicated to the applicants within 30 days of submission.

Article III: Membership Rights and Responsibilities

1. Rights:

   • All members are entitled to participate in EnFoundations activities, access resources, and attend events.
   • Members have the right to vote in organizational elections and on matters affecting the membership.
   • Members can propose and participate in research collaborations and initiatives.

2. Responsibilities:

   • Members must adhere to EnFoundations’ code of conduct and ethical guidelines.
   • Members are expected to actively participate in meetings, events, and committees.
   • Members must maintain up-to-date membership dues and provide accurate and current information to EnFoundations.

Article IV: Membership Dues and Renewal

1. Dues:

   • Membership dues shall be set annually by the Board of Directors and must be paid upon acceptance of membership and at the beginning of each membership year.
   • Different membership categories may have varying dues as determined by the Board.

2. Renewal:

   • Membership is valid for one year and is subject to renewal upon payment of annual dues.
   • Members will receive a renewal notice 60 days before the expiration of their current membership.
   • Failure to renew membership within 30 days of the expiration date will result in suspension of membership benefits.

Article V: Termination of Membership

1. Voluntary Termination: Members may voluntarily terminate their membership by submitting a written notice to the Membership Committee.
2. Involuntary Termination: Membership may be terminated by the Membership Committee for failure to comply with bylaws, non-payment of dues, or violation of the code of conduct.
3. Reinstatement: Members who have had their membership terminated may reapply for membership after addressing the reasons for termination.

Article VI: Amendments to Bylaws

1. Proposal: Amendments to these bylaws may be proposed by the Board of Directors or by a petition signed by at least 10% of the membership.
2. Approval: Proposed amendments must be approved by a two-thirds majority vote of the members present at the annual general meeting or a special meeting called for this purpose.
3. Notification: Members must be notified of proposed amendments at least 30 days before the meeting at which the vote will take place.
